Assessment:

We will  begin by assessing the client’s situation and current practice. This might involve analyzing existing processes, conducting interviews, reviewing data, and identifying areas that need improvement or development.

Advice and Recommendations:

 Based on our assessment, we will  provide recommendations and strategies tailored to the client’s needs. This advice might cover various areas such as management, finance, marketing, technology, human resources, or operations.

Implementation Support:

In some cases, we will help with the implementation of recommendations. This can involve developing plans, overseeing the execution of strategies, and providing training or support to ensure successful outcomes.

Problem Solving:

Private Practice Consulting Rate:

We offer this service for $100/hour.
